5:31 pm - What it is, is poetry...
|
Two cosmic forces wandering in the cold Aimless in the void A collision so astounding Scripture is written, science is formed Light redefined
Eyes meet Coy smiles and small talk Pungent spirits and a kiss on the cheek Set in motion events Shaking the soul, shocking bewilderment
Hands meet Chemical adhesion Magnetic attraction, difficult to undo Contact contagious Impossible to ignore
A kiss on the lips Sweet and understated Reciprocated Disconnected, tripped up waves of heat Caressing skin
Passions unweilding Motions unwinding Synchronized synergy Unable to control, heart’s racing Suppressed sensations released
Emotion out of control With only one need Nothing else matters It all stops in reverence The intense energy Filling the void
A collision so astounding Scripture is professed, science is learned Light consumes, knees buckle Two cosmic forces Difficult to ignore

2:05 am - hands in my face
|
tonight marissa and i were starving to death... seriously dying of starvation. so we decided to go to Swingers, a place with great food and near horrible service. WE ate our delicious poorly served food and left. after leaving we got on the freeway and I saw a lighted sign "405 South 2 right lanes closed at Culver".
After getting on the freeway I drove as i normally would and began looking for the Culver exit, after passing it marissa and I noticed that traffic was coming to a standstill and we quickly stopped. She was so anerved. I reassured her that we were fine. And then it happend.
An instant bright flash, and the world shook as if in a dream. Everything was chaos. my hands flew wildly in my face the intense motion of the storming twisting metal around us shot us back and forth, our heads moving my eyes closed. Marissa yelled "ALEX ALEX ALEX" and replied the only thing that came naturally "WHAT WHAT WHAT". I grabbed the stearing wheel and i could hear my mothers voice in my head "Break ALEX BREAK!" I followd my inner mothers advice bringing the car to a stop But not before we colided with somone else.
The person that rearended us turned out to be drunk and the other person we hit turned out to be a foreign exchange student, Japanese if i guessed right. The poor kid's cell phone died and he was too nervous to drive. all three of us huddled into the tow truck after recovering our possessions and were driven to the tow compound where they are keeping marissa's car. Its totaled. Only time will tell what will happen with these incidents. . I was so scared once i realized what happend I'm glad were okay but terrified to drive. I have to be up in 5 hours for work. What happens now?
